TITLE: Workday Functional Consultant

DUTIES:

  • Gather client’s requirement from the current system and document them in a business requirement document (BRD).

  • Run the custom reports using SQL queries and convert it in the readable format for the new system

  • Organize meetings with the business and functional leads to discuss and document the business rules and content

  • Participate in the planning of project timeline and use Smartsheet to track the advancement of the project.

  • Perform risk analysis of the new requirements and log it as RAIDQ tickets

  • Access these risks with the project team and analyze its impact on the project timeline
