1 – Assessment Phase

During this phase ROMi helps organizations

ANALYZE and ASSESS

manual and heavy human interactive tasks to determine suitability for possible inclusion in Digital Transformation Roadmap.

IDENTIFY

tasks that are suitable for inclusion in the Discovery phase of Digital Transformation to create transformation opportunities.

EVALUATE

selected opportunities during the discovery phase by using a built-in, configurable scoring mechanism that is client-specific driven.

ROMi is client-specific configurable to enable:

  2. ROMi handles multiple organizations within the single-tenant and can provide cross-organization functionality.
  3. Setup ROLES based on dependencies, business processes, and structure.

2 – Development & Deployment Phase

During this phase, ROMi helps organizations manage all critical activities associated with:

3 – Post Deployment Phase

Post deployment, ROMi becomes the centralized tool for monitoring, tracking and performance measurement of the digital transformation initiative.

This provides the digital transformation team and management a way to determine how well the digital transformation goals are being met. Detailed reporting provides management insight into “Return on Investment” (ROI). Utilization capacity reporting provides information regarding scalability and additional opportunities.

ROMi enables the setting up of alerts to select individuals or groups when a BOT fails and/or when a BOT has successfully finished execution.
