TITLE: Workday Functional Consultant

DUTIES:

Gather client’s requirement from the current system and document them in a business requirement document (BRD).

Run the custom reports using SQL queries and convert it in the readable format for the new system

Organize meetings with the business and functional leads to discuss and document the business rules and content

Participate in the planning of project timeline and use Smartsheet to track the advancement of the project.

Perform risk analysis of the new requirements and log it as RAIDQ tickets

Access these risks with the project team and analyze its impact on the project timeline
